Visiting Le Saleya is like being beamed up to the South of France in a family style establishment where owners get their hands dirty; where waiters run everywhere shouting out your order loudly, where the wine flows to pair traditional French dishes and ravish your palate; and wherethe kitchen door is widely opened, just because there is nothing to hide. Quite the opposite indeed. Proud of our sourcing and savoir-faire we love to share our methods, our kitchen stories, and our passion with our guests. In January 2014, Le Saleya unveiled the next chapter in the restaurant’s history: a significant redesign, the extension of our terrace and a brand new menu designed by our Chef Philippe Charon. French style Suckling Pig, Pan-fried Goose Liver, Croustillant de Joue de Boeuf just to cite a few of our signature dishes that are to be washed down with a Pouilly Fuissé, a Bordeaux or a Côtes du Rhône, the epicurean way…
